In September, temperatures drop to an average of 13–15 °C and sea temperatures of 15–17 °C still make a refreshing dip possible – perhaps followed by a visit to the sauna at the campsite?

Love fishing? August and September are great months for mackerel and flatfish along much of the Danish coastline.

No matter where in Denmark you choose to go camping, late summer offers rich nature experiences and the chance to create unforgettable camping memories.
