Hjarbæk Fjord Camping is situated in the heart of Jutland, close to Limfjorden - 14 km from Viborg and 16 km from Skive.
At Hjarbæk Fjord Camping we are close to nature. It's peaceful and quiet, with a great atmospere and a wonderful nature with breathtaking sunsets and plenty experiences awaiting, e.g. hiking and biking.
Hjarbæk Fjord Camping offers well maintained surroundings and excellent facilities incl. both in- and outdoor kicthen facilities, bath- and toiletbuildings, cabins, minigolf, and shop. It is our highest priority that our guests feel welcome and have a good experience on our campsite.
One part of the campsite has pitches with shelter, sun or shadow. The other part consists of terraces with unique panorama view of Hjarbæk Fjord and sunsets.
Hjarbæk Fjord Camping has swimmingpool and a large playground of appr. 3,000 m2 to challange all active children and grown ups for many hours. We have goats and rabbits, and both young and older guests enjoy feeding and padding our animals. You'll find plenty of different activities during the season. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities to be active, e.g. 6 mapped cycling routes taking you around the beautiful Hjarbæk Fjord area. Furthermore, the Ancient Road Hærvejen passes by our campsite, and offers great experiences in nature both by foot and bicykling. Hjarbæk Fjord Camping is a certified Bed&Bike partner.
Both idyllic Hjarbæk with marina and inn as well as historical Viborg with it's cathedral, shopping and cultural life are worth visiting.
Visit us here in the beautiful Midtjylland, 14 km from Viborg and 22 km from Skive in the southern part of Limfjorden.
