Within a radius of 1000 m you'll find a tropical aqua centre, tennis courts, and crazy golf together with nice restaurants and shops.
Øster Hurup Camping is a good starting point for excursions, as some of the biggest tourist attractions in Jutland can be reached within an hour and thirty minutes' drive. E.g. Djurs sommerland 46 miles, Fårup sommerland 53 miles, Aalborg 28 miles. Even Skagen you can reach in one day.
You have fine possibilities of cycling tours on paths in the area, fishing in the ocean, the fjord, and in put and take lakes.
