Frydenstrand Camping
A campsite with nature, peace and quiet
Frydenstrand Camping is the place where you can enjoy your holiday/leisure time in harmony with nature. The campsite is beautifully located by the Limfjord with a view from Aalborg to Hals.
Frydenstrand Camping is one of the few places in Denmark with camping directly to the water, and you can always find a sheltered pitch, no matter which way the wind blows. You can also stay in a cabin or apartment if you do not prefer one of our lovely double rooms.
At Frydenstrand Camping we eat nature. You can fish with fly, catch shrimp or collect crabs for a delicious crab bisque. The recipe hangs in the kitchen.
You can also bring your own boat, put it in the water from our boat slip and sail out to catch herrings or mackerels.
Bird life is diverse. The campsite can offer its own kingfishers and jays, and if you like golden eagles and sea eagles, cranes and waders, Lille Vildmose is just a few kilometres away.
The weather is often better than its reputation. Follow the weather forecast and you will see that we often have nice weather in North Jutland. Thanks to the Norwegian mountains.
All you have to do is call: 2144 8011 and book a good pitch. No deposit is required upon booking, we only charge at the end of the stay (cabins and rooms excluded).
I look forward to seeing you!
Best regards
