These terms apply to your use of DK-CAMP’s website and booking portal, where you as a user can search for and book stays at Danish campsites. By making a booking via the portal, you accept these terms. 

2. Contracting Party

The contracting party for any booking made via DK-CAMP’s website is the specific campsite you have selected.  

3. Intermediation of Agreements

DK-CAMP solely acts as an intermediary, facilitating contact and agreements between you and the individual campsite. 

4. Payments and Transactions

Payment for your stay is made directly from you to the campsite. DK-CAMP does not receive your payment and therefore bears no responsibility for payment processing, receipts, or refunds. These matters are solely governed between you and the campsite. 

5. Prices and Offers

Prices and offers presented on the DK-CAMP portal are determined by the individual campsites. DK-CAMP does not set, change, or guarantee the accuracy of pricing or offer content. 

6. Terms and Conditions

Each campsite sets its own terms and conditions for bookings made through the DK-CAMP portal, including rules for cancellations and similar matters. 

7. Disclaimer

DK-CAMP cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the information on the website and portal, including availability, prices, offers, or facilities, as these are created and maintained by the campsites themselves. Any complaints or disputes regarding the stay, service, or payment must be directed to the campsite you have booked with. 

8. Changes to Terms

DK-CAMP reserves the right to update these terms. It is your responsibility as a user to stay informed of the applicable terms when booking.
